Who is Friend Repellant?
Jay Schaefer - Keyboards, arranging, & whatever is needed .
Jay is one of the original and founding members of Friend Repellant. He is proud of the fact that he knew that it was (and called it) "friend repellant" long before the group was officially named. Jay enjoys telling his band mates what to play on their instruments, even when he doesn't know what he wants. And, he is still pleasantly surprised when they take his advice after all these years. Jay considers still being friends with Justin, after years of playing in bands and fishing trips, one of his biggest accomplishments.
Justin Jones - Drums & Percussion
Justin is among the original members of Friend Repellant from eons ago. He has been playing drums even longer than that and has always stressed his constant need to endlessly re-record drum tracks.
Justin believes that sarcasm and jolting doses of reality are the best ways to keep his band mates grounded - and exercises those skills often.
When asked for a website bio, he submitted this, "Is known for his great............plays the drums.........but not really.........This is dumb, I’m going home……"

Erin Harris - Vocals
Erin provides lead vocals for Friend Repellant and has the amazing ability of making anything she sings into sound good - including her smartphone and garage (see picture). She is also an amazingly good sport about hanging out with a bunch of "old guys". When asked what she would like on her web bio, this happened:
